The Dazhuang Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Group is located in the west of Pingdingshan mining area. It was completed and put into operation in October, 1973. From January 2000 to December 2005, there were 37 sporadic accidents of all kinds, including 2 serious injuries and 35 minor injuries and non casualties. Through in-depth analysis of the reasons for the frequent occurrence of sporadic accidents in previous years, targeted prevention and control countermeasures have been formulated and seriously implemented. Since January 2006, the safety situation of Dazhuang Mine has significantly improved, and the goal of "building a safe and harmonious Dazhuang" is being gradually realized, which also has great reference value for other aging mines to do a good job in the safety management in the closing period

1 Statistical Analysis of sporadic accidents from January 2000 to December 2005

The number of sporadic accidents on the four o'clock shift and the zero o'clock shift is basically the same, while the number of accidents on the eight o'clock shift is relatively high; The statistical results of the accident months are shown in Table 2. Among the 37 sporadic accidents, there were 10 level III non casualty accidents, accounting for 27.03%; 25 minor injury accidents, accounting for 67.57%; Two serious injury accidents, accounting for 5.41%

2.1 objective cause analysis

combined with the above accident statistics, the specific objective causes of sporadic accidents are analyzed as follows:

(1) due to the complex production system of aging mines, scattered mining battlefields, serious roadway deformation, mechanical and electrical equipment operators should carefully browse and understand the wire rod, change the correct protection and maintenance methods of the experimental machine, and prepare for aging and other factors, In addition, the daily maintenance time is arranged from 15:00 to 17:00 (the eight o'clock shift and the four o'clock shift each account for one hour). A large number of service personnel such as lane maintenance, machine maintenance, material transportation, monitoring, patrol inspection and recycling enter the well every day at the eight o'clock shift. As a result, the number of sporadic accidents at the eight o'clock shift accounts for almost half of the total number of accidents, and the frequency of accidents at the four o'clock shift is slightly higher than that at the zero shift

(2) most of the coal recovered from aging mines are corner pillars and lower layers. There are problems in the mining battlefield, such as uneven coal thickness, broken roof, igneous rock erosion, high pressure in the two lanes, destruction of small coal mines, spontaneous combustion and so on. The mining working face and the two lanes of fans are still the frequent places of sporadic accidents, accounting for 75.68%

(3) aging mine equipment is many and obsolete, the transportation front is long, there are many transfer points, and the management links are complex and scattered, resulting in the majority of electromechanical transportation accidents (accounting for 24.34%); There are local high gas areas in low gas mines, which are neglected in strict management, and gas overrun accidents occur 4 times; Blasting technology is adopted in all mining projects, with a low level of mechanization, and the probability of blasting accidents is relatively high (accounting for 18.92%); 13.51% of roof accidents are caused by factors such as non rusting roof and high mining pressure of jacketed coal pillars; With the aging of the mine, the weak links of safety are increasing, and accidents of other natures are on the rise, accounting for 32.43%
